Join a pioneering team within the Operational Excellence and Manufacturing Engineering department  a Process and Performance Engineer, you will focus on performance analysis, line balancing, and improvement roadmaps aimed at enhancing efficiency throughout the A220 series production. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize industrial performance metrics

• Maintain Standard Line Balancing for production

• Generate balancing reports for each aircraft

• Perform hazard and bottleneck root cause analyses

• Propose actionable plans to enhance process efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 years in industrial environments, aerospace preferred

• Mastery of industrial performance concepts

• Expertise in production flow modeling and root cause analysis

• Bilingual in French and English, effective communication skills
