As part of Airbus's Operational Excellence department, you will lead efforts to optimize series production through detailed performance analysis and line balancing initiatives. This role champions continuous improvement, requiring collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing systems

• Publish final balancing for aircraft production

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues

• Develop measurable plans to improve efficiency

• Manage constraints in planning documents per workstation

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing or aerospace

• Proficient in line balancing and industrial performance

• Strong knowledge of PERT and Pareto methods

• Fluent in French and English for effective communication
