This director-level position emphasizes strategic planning and operational execution in the hydropower sector. You will engage with clients to foster relationships, manage account strategies, and supervise engineering teams throughout project life cycles. Your expertise in business acumen and engineering will play a central role in expanding BBA's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and implement hydropower safety strategies

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Lead proposal reviews to meet RFP criteria

• Oversee project execution and mentorship of engineers

• Assess hiring competencies for quality project output

Requirements:

• Civil engineering qualification with 15 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in consulting for dams and hydropower

• Professional engineering certification in Ontario or Québec

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Willingness to travel as needed
