Location: Montreal
Join MANNARINO as a Senior Avionics Engineer specializing in systems for autonomous drones, offering a blend of remote flexibility and substantial engineering challenges.
In this senior role, you will oversee the design, integration, and testing of avionics systems critical for the functionality of autonomous drones. Your expertise will guide a multi-disciplinary team through challenges in system verification and robustness. You will also prepare essential documentation for both internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Specify avionics platforms in compliance with ARP
4754
• Develop and execute requirements-driven test campaigns
• Collaborate on project planning, status updates, and obstacle resolutions
• Prepare internal technical documentation and presentations
• Travel for testing at customer sites within North America
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of aerospace systems experience
• Familiarity with ARP
4754 validation standards
• Proficient in Python or comparable scripting tools
• Experience with aircraft electrical and power management systems
• Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering preferred
