Elevate automotive safety standards as a System Functional Safety Manager with CS Group Canada. Your deep knowledge of ISO 26262 will be pivotal for innovative vehicle projects.
We are looking for a skilled manager to oversee system-level Functional Safety engineering. Collaborate with a dedicated team and maintain robust communication with OEMs and suppliers. As a leader, you will influence safety outcomes in next-gen vehicles through sound engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Hazard Analysis and derive safety goals
• Translate safety goals into Functional Safety Concepts
• Maintain safety validation and verification documents
• Coordinate supplier involvement in safety activities
• Assess Functional Safety work against ISO standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Over 10 years of experience in automotive safety
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 Parts 2, 3, and 4
• Experience in automotive FMEA, FTA, and DFA
• Proven track record interfacing with OEMs and suppliers
