• Design and execute mechanical and impact testing plans
• Perform simulations and correlate with physical tests
• Develop and validate material models
• Analyze results and provide recommendations
• Take ownership of R&D programs from design to validation
Requirements:
• 6+ years in R&D engineering roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in dynamic finite element analysis (LS-DYNA, Abaqus)
• Knowledge of testing standards and impact biomechanics
• Autonomy throughout the testing cycle
