CAMP monitors 35,000+ aircraft engines worldwide, in close partnership with the engine OEMs behind those programs, today mainly Pratt & Whitney Canada and Honeywell, with additional OEM partnerships expected as the business grows. We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager (Engine Health Monitoring) to own the day-to-day technical relationship with those partners, aligning roadmaps, working through engine performance challenges together, and turning those conversations into clear product direction for our engineering teams.

• AlignroadmapswithOEMpartners-runregulartechnicalreviews,understandtheirEHMprioritiesandprogramplans,andshapehowCAMP'sroadmapsupportsthem
• WorkengineperformancetechnicalchallengesjointlywithOEMengineeringtoinvestigateissues,evaluateproposeddetectionlogicoralgorithmchanges,anddrivethemtoanagreedsolution
• TranslateOEMcommitments,coordinationmemos,andjointfindingsintoclear,prioritizedrequirementsthedevelopmentteamcanbuildfrom
• Applyenginehealthmonitoringexpertise(gaspath,vibration,oil,fueltrendanalysis) tointerpretenginebehavior,challenge assumptions,andshapeproductconceptsgroundedinrealdata
• Prototypeideashands-onusingAItools(e.g.,Claude,ChatGPT) tobuildlightweightproofs-of-conceptandpressure-testrequirementsbeforecommittingengineeringbandwidth
• Represent the OEM and operator perspective internally; to engineering, analytics, and commercial teams and keep everyone aligned on commitments, scope, and timelines

• ExperiencemanagingtechnicalrelationshipswithengineOEMs,suppliers,ormajorpartnersinaerospace(directexposuretoPratt&Whitney Canadaor Honeywellisastrongplus ) whilebeingcomfortablesittingacrossfromengineeringleadershipandholdingasubstantiveconversation
• ExperiencewithOEMserviceprograms,coordinationmemos,orjointengineeringagreements
• Workingknowledgeofturbineengineperformanceandenginehealthmonitoring:trend analysis,gaspath/vibration/oil/fuelparameters,andwhathealthyversusdegradingbehaviorlookslike
