Location: Montreal (administrative region)

In your role, you'll report to the Head of Systems Design and be instrumental in overseeing the development of flight control systems. With a robust 15 years in aerospace, you'll guide multifunctional teams, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards and contributing to optimal aircraft operability. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage flight control system roadmaps
• Validate architectural designs against product requirements
• Lead technical activities from initial analysis to EIS
• Ensure comprehensive integration across aircraft systems
• Authorize V&V plans for safety and system maturity
Requirements:
• Over 15 years in flight control design or integration
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in primary and secondary control laws
• Proven track record in system certification processes
• Capable of leading diverse technical teams
