* What you will do:
*** Deploy, test, measure & verify AI control algorithms for existing building control systems
* Analyze and improve the building control system to optimize the energy consumption and the zoning comfort
* Contribute to the development of the different HVAC algorithms
* Participate cross-functionally with teams for building deployments & performance analysis
* Work closely with customers to develop new HVAC control sequence, advise on repairs control systems
* Improve company tools, templates, and processes related to energy consumption analysis and building performance analysis
* Able to understand HVAC mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
* Provide training and follow-up training on HVAC system controls to customers
* Document work processes and procedures
* Identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Provide, analyze and review performance reports & advise corrective action plans & review feedback with different departments.
* Other tasks as assigned
** What you will bring:
*** DEC or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
* 5 plus years of experience with building automation and HVAC control system
* Experience with DDC, PLC or similar programming in BAS and HVAC control
* In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical and building operations
* Experience with commissioning building HVAC automation controls and systems
* Thorough understanding of building control theory and concepts
* Diverse experience in proprietary controls is a plus (JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Delta, Niagara, Schneider/TAC, etc.)
* Experience with building management system protocols like, BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Strong reporting skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic and able to present easily.
* Strong Energy Management and performance checking skills.
