Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager

Lead municipal infrastructure planning and design with CIMA+ in Ottawa, using project management expertise across roads, sewers, and water mains.
As a Municipal Project Manager, you will deliver infrastructure projects for municipal clients across Ontario. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and guide work through approvals and construction support. Contribute to CIMA+’s municipal infrastructure practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from planning and design through construction support
Coordinate watermain, sewer, road, drainage, and stormwater designs
Define budgets, schedules, resources, and project scope
Serve as primary client contact through approval processes
Review deliverables and manage risks, changes, and orders
Requirements:
Minimum eight years of relevant municipal infrastructure experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Ontario Professional Engineer licence or licensure eligibility
Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards and approval processes
English communication skills and valid Class G licence
