Manufacturing Engineering Method Agent

AAA Canada seeks a Method Agent in Manufacturing Engineering for a permanent mandate supporting technical projects. The position requires process optimization, manufacturing strategy, tooling definition, and engineering change coordination. You will analyze documents, manage priorities, and present complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize processes through innovative solutions and cost reduction
Analyze, verify, and approve engineering drawings and documents
Define manufacturing and assembly strategies for aircraft components
Determine tooling required for geometric tolerances
Coordinate engineering and manufacturing changes with relevant teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or DEC in engineering or aeronautics
Five to eight years of relevant experience
Solid continuous improvement and problem-solving experience
Analytical, logical, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset
Very good command of the Google suite
