Are you a recent graduate or about to graduate? If so, we have a great opportunity for you! Contributing to this role is:- Reviewing project estimates, clarifying requirements, and resolving ambiguities, if necessary;
- Ensuring the execution of complex projects;
- Coordinating steel manufacturing with the production department;
- Establishing manufacturing sequences;
- Coordinating steel deliveries according to the established schedule;
- Participating in and coordinating periodic invoicing according to established contractual clauses;
- Preparing, maintaining, and revising the project schedule;
- Following up on the approval of shop drawings with customers and putting them into production according to the project schedule;
- All other tasks related to the position;
-based project for a few months. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and providing daily updates to the team in Terrebonne. Desired professional profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Engineering recognized in Canada
- 0 to 6 months of relevant experience
- Must have a Canadian passport or other documentation required for a U.S. work visa
- Must be a member of the OIQ (Quebec Order Of Engineers)
- Spoken and written languages:
French and English (bilingual) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project software (an asset)
- Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills
- Sense of initiative and teamwork
- Compressed work week of 4.5 days
