We are looking for a Narrative Director for our studio and our PC/console projects. As the Narrative Director, you will collaborate in establishing the narrative direction with the Creative Directors and Game Director. Thus you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and coherence of the narrative experience with your teams.

• Working closely with the Creative Director to design and develop the project's narrative vision and its overall tone
• Writing and editing convincing dialogue, character biographies, and scripts that respect the narrative tone, resonate with players and enhance their overall game experience
• Providing advice, feedback and support to a team of writers as they create scripts, dialogue, lore, item descriptions, and other narrative elements
• Representing Narrative in interdisciplinary planning at all phases of the project, and effectively organizing your team members' work in order to meet milestones and deadlines
• Creating engaging quests, tasks, and storylines that drive player progression and emotional investment within the world of the game
• Conducting research to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of historical, cultural, or thematic elements incorporated into the game's narrative
• Working in close collaboration with our programming and design teams to create innovative tools and systems that bring new narrative experiences to life in unique ways
