Role OverviewWe are looking for a Mid‑Level Sound Designer who excels at creating powerful, immersive, and tactile audio experiences. In this full‑time role, you will be a driving force behind our game’s combat feedback, weapon mechanics, and sonic environment. You won’t just follow a spec sheet—you’ll have a defining voice in our audio direction, experimenting with innovative systems to make our shooter gameplay feel incredibly visceral.

- End‑to‑End Creation:
Design, edit, and implement high‑quality audio assets (SFX, ambient beds, UI, and cinematic audio) that align with the game’s creative vision. - Engine Integration:
Integrate audio directly into UE5 using Wwise, ensuring optimal performance and technical execution. - Cross‑Discipline
Collaboration:
Partner with Audio Programmers to design interactive systems, and coordinate with producers and leads to manage asset lists and deliverables. - Pipeline Management:
Own and track your personal audio tasks, schedules, and technical documentation. - Field & Studio Recording:
Capture unique source material via studio and location field recording sessions to expand our proprietary library.
- Industry
Experience:
3+ years of professional game audio experience, with at least one shipped title using Wwise and a commercial game engine. - Technical Proficiency:
Strong hands‑on experience with modern DAWs (Reaper, Pro Tools, etc.), audio plugins, and interactive audio implementation methodologies. - Engine Knowledge:
Solid understanding of UE5 workflows. - Critical Listening: A diverse portfolio demonstrating high attention to detail, strong mixing capabilities, and a deep understanding of sonic storytelling.
- Version Control:
Familiarity with source control software (e.g., Perforce). - Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in linear post audio is a plus.
- Basic scripting knowledge or advanced UE5 Blueprint experience.
