Elevate gaming experiences as a VIP Host with PENN Interactive. Manage high-value player relationships and deliver outstanding service while generating business revenue across North America.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential VIP players, executing crucial sales KPIs, and providing personalized service tailored to individual player needs. Regular communication and hospitality management are key, along with raising player satisfaction through incremental revenue strategies and proactive service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with high-value players
• Execute VIP sales key performance indicators
• Manage hospitality events and player communications
• Analyze daily reports for informed decisions
• Monitor customer betting behavior and incentives
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of gaming industry experience
• Minimum 1 year in a sales or account management role
• Excellent communication and Excel skills
• Ability to travel for client events in the U.S. and Canada
• Passion for sports and gaming industries
