• Collaborate with Art Directors to maintain high standards for Star Citizen characters.
• Learn and exploit CIG's proprietary workflows to continuously improve the visual fidelity of the Star Citizen universe.
• Empower artists to deliver exceptional character art through guidance, feedback, and clear visual benchmarks.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure art enhances the player experience and provides visual solutions to problems.
• Work directly with production to ensure schedules and plans meet business and project needs.

• Proven experience in a character art leadership role with notable work in video games and/or film.
• Ability to identify technical and development risks and propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to create and optimize art pipelines and workflows, especially in collaboration with technical artists.
• Expertise in creating a unique and cohesive art style that can be shared and consistently maintained across the project.
• Knowledge of major 3D software packages (Maya, Max, ZBrush; Marvellous Designer and xGen advantageous).
• Bilingual in French and English.
• English required for daily collaboration with international teams and participation in meetings held exclusively in English.
