As a Senior Animation Lead, you’ll support the Project Lead and Production Manager by overseeing a dedicated animation team. Your duties will include organizing team efforts, drafting reports on project progress, and mentoring members in both technical and artistic strategies. You’ll play a key role in integrating new team members and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and guide animation team tasks and progress

• Conduct meetings to monitor advancement and resolve issues

• Report on team work quality to project management

• Mentor team members in technical and artistic expertise

• Coordinate corrections for any animation bugs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in game animation

• Proven leadership abilities in production environments

• Deep understanding of animation principles and production pipelines

• Proficient in animation software like Motion Builder

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
