The Audio Department is looking for an Audio Operations Coordinator to keep the department running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will make sure that the Creative Audio Directors and the project teams they work with always have paperwork on time and there is never any missing information or out-of-date documentation.

If you like being the person who knows where everything is, who chases the approval before anyone notices it was missing, and who turns a messy shared space into something people can actually navigate, this role is for you.

• Prepare, submit and follow up on purchase orders and invoices from vendor onboarding through to completion.
• Manage approval workflows, tracking each request until it clears.
• Act as the liaison with Legal, Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders on audio contracts, NDAs, talent agreements and licensing paperwork—collecting what is needed, routing it to the right people, and following up.
• Maintain administrative best practices for the department: clear templates, consistent naming, documented processes and reliable record keeping.
