Ubisoft is seeking a Community Team Associate Manager to drive community engagement activities related to an assigned portfolio of games. This full-time role, office-based, requires overseeing daily operations and performance of Community Managers. You will coach and develop your team while implementing best practices for content creation and community engagement initiatives.

• Support Portfolio Lead with daily community team management

• Supervise and coach a team of Community Managers

• Drive innovative, solution-oriented growth strategies

• Establish best practices for community engagement

• Collaborate with partner teams in Community and Player Support

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience in community management

• Proven people management skills with diverse teams

• Familiarity with social media channels and live streams

• Video game industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
