As a key leader within Ubisoft, you will create and execute comprehensive community strategies to enhance player retention and experience. Collaborating with international teams, you’ll drive engagement by crafting meaningful content and coordinating events.

Your role is pivotal in amplifying player feedback and advocating for the community across various departments, ensuring alignment with production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop community strategies supporting production and marketing goals

• Coordinate messaging with global teams for consistency

• Create content alongside Community Managers and partners

• Organize community events, including studio visits and tournaments

• Shape player feedback cycles to influence game development

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing online gaming communities

• Proven track record in AAA game launches

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms

• Experience in fast-paced production environments

• Fluency in French is required
