Are you a seasoned project management maestro with a passion for bringing ambitious console games to life? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join a vibrant development team. This critical Project Management role is your chance to be at the heart of game creation, orchestrating complex development cycles and empowering multi-disciplinary teams to achieve their creative vision. You will be instrumental in translating high-level concepts into actionable plans, fostering an environment where innovation thrives, and ensuring every milestone is met with precision and excellence.

This is a pure project management role, focused entirely on the successful execution of game development, without the responsibilities of people management or performance feedback.

As a key driver of our development process, you will be the central hub connecting diverse teams and ensuring a unified path forward. Your proactive approach and innovative mindset will be invaluable as you guide projects from concept to completion. You will:

• Lead essential daily stand-ups and production syncs, facilitating critical cross-departmental alignment for a single, unified project.
• Develop, maintain, and diligently monitor master production schedules, sprint backlogs, and milestone deliverables utilizing industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strategically manage studio resource allocation and optimize team bandwidth to ensure efficient progress.
• Proactively identify and track functional dependencies, flagging potential staffing or scope risks early in the development pipeline to mitigate challenges.
• Effectively budget task time within Jira, focusing solely on project timelines and resource allocation, without responsibility for financial budgets or external vendor negotiations.
• Attend director meetings, distill critical action items, and ensure perfect alignment across all departments, particularly those focused on gameplay features, animation, and level design.

• Demonstrated experience working directly in console game development, having successfully shipped at least 1–2 titles. Direct, hands‑on experience with the iterative process of game making is essential.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, specifically tailored for game development pipelines.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication, conflict‑resolution, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to motivate and unify multi‑disciplinary creative and technical teams.
• A foundational technical awareness of game development and asset creation pipelines.

• Familiarity with Perforce, demonstrating an understanding of version control systems in a game development context.
