Join mthree as a Chargé(e) d’Intégration KYC / KYC Onboarding Officer and start your career in financial crime prevention.

Work on-site with a leading global bank in Montreal, gaining hands‑on experience in client due diligence and anti‑money laundering (AML) processes.

• Evaluate client risk based on internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and track onboarding requests.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and Escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure KYC files meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Identify risks and propose solutions during the onboarding process.
• Support updates to procedures and contribute to process improvements.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activity to compliance teams.
• Prepare reports and statistics for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Internship or experience in KYC, Compliance, or Client Onboarding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English required;
  French and Spanish are assets.
