Location: Montreal

Nous recherchons un DIRECTEUR FINANCIER ou CONSULTANT expérimenté pour rejoindre une organisation de premier plan basée à Montréal. Ce mandat d’une durée de 18 MOIS afin de pallier un congé de maternité. Ce mandat est en présentiel.

Responsabilités:

• Préparer et analyser les états financiers conformément aux normes comptables en vigueur.

• Superviser et exécuter les processus de fin de mois et fin d’année.

• Collaborer avec des équipes internationales pour harmoniser les pratiques comptables et financières.

• Fournir des recommandations stratégiques basées sur des analyses financières approfondies.

• Gérer et optimiser les processus comptables pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

• Assurer la conformité aux réglementations financières locales et internationales.

• Élaborer des rapports financiers mensuels avec indicateurs de performance.

• Identifier et résoudre les écarts financiers en temps opportun.

• Superviser et former les membres de l'équipe comptable pour garantir un haut niveau de performance.

• Participer activement aux audits internes et externes.

• Trésorerie

• Budget & Prévisions.

We are seeking an experienced FINANCE DIRECTOR or CONSULTANT to join a leading organization based in Montreal. This is an 18-month contract to cover a maternity leave. The position is on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Oversee and execute month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with international teams to harmonize accounting and financial practices.

• Provide strategic recommendations based on in-depth financial analysis.

• Manage and optimize accounting processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

• Prepare monthly financial reports with key performance indicators.

• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Supervise and train accounting team members to ensure high performance.

• Actively participate in internal and external audits.

• Treasury

• Budget & Forecasts.
