Salary range (but not limited to):
47,100 - 57,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a Shared Services Representative to join our growing team!

What you will accomplish with us:
Accurately process and enter supplier invoices.
Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, receipts, and purchase orders. Communicate with internal or external parties to raise irregularities, and identify corrective measures.
Make calls to verify and validate suppliers' banking information.
Process reimbursements and analyze employee expense accounts.
Manage corporate credit cards.
Support users with the travel platform and policy.
Distribute and follow up on received email requests.
Respond to clients/users in a timely manner.
What you will bring:
College diploma in accounting. Equivalent and relevant experience may be considered.
Ability to learn quickly, agility, and ability to adapt quickly to change.
Energy, passion, and a positive attitude.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, due to the necessity of interacting regularly with colleagues across the country.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
