Position: Banker Support Loan Transaction Coordination
Location: MontrealJob Description:The Banker Support Loan Transaction Coordination role supports corporate banking operations by maintaining data integrity, coordinating credit-related processes, and assisting with loan transaction management.The position requires knowledge of corporate banking products, corporate credit processes, and strong analytical capabilities.The role involves cross-functional coordination, data management, and support for ongoing deal maintenance activities within internal and global systems.Responsibilities:Submit forms in internal platforms to preserve data integrity in local systems.Maintain accurate data in global repository systems including updates for legal name changes, management entity amendments, mergers, and duplicates.Manage economic dependency by linking legal entities to business groups.Assist with inquiries related to credit lines, regulatory status retrieval, outstanding balances, fees, and data requests.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of referential, risk, and transactional data.Support ongoing deal maintenance and loan transaction coordination activities.Requirement/Must Have:Experience in Corporate Credit Risk or Corporate Banking products.Experience in a coordination or transversal role within Corporate Banking.Experience as a Business Analyst in finance or technology environments, or as a Data Scientist within a finance-related organization.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a changing work environment.Experience:1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and Corporate Credit processes.Should Have:Coding and analytical abilities including Python, SQL, or VBA.Experience working within comparable banking institutions.Skills:Corporate banking operations.Credit risk and loan transaction coordination.Data integrity management.Analytical and coding skills.Problem-solving and organizational skills.Cross-functional collaboration.Qualification And
Education:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
