PURPOSE:
The Senior Transition Specialist's primary focus is to provide centralized onboarding and administrative support for select Advisor teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In this role you will:
Provide effective onboarding and administrative support in a centralized environment by:
Gathering client and corporate account information Client account opening with the ability to complete complex account type documentation Processing and reviewing account documentation Processing incoming client account transfer requests, adhering to regulatory deadlines Ensure a high level of service by maintaining and communicating status of all work in progress to Team Lead and/or Project Lead Adhering to all firm and regulatory policies by remaining up to date with all regulatory rules regarding client account documentation, account types, account transfers, AML and ATF Provide additional administrative support to advisor teams within the regionContribute to the effective functioning of the team by:Building effective working relationships across teams, operations and head office contactsMaintaining a high level of client serviceFacilitating a culture of open and honest communicationActively participating and contributing to touch bases and team meetingsEncouraging the generation of new ideas and approachesActively sharing knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team membersDO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS
