What are your contributions to the team?

Support Supply Chain business partners on cost reduction initiatives, contract negotiations, and monthly governance.

Review and approve negotiation strategies and contract proposals.

Support indirect cost reduction initiatives (IGS) in alignment with strategic objectives (e.g., transportation).

Support and collaborate with Logistics teams on store inventory management and 3PL management.

Work closely with business partners, the Logistics team, the Procurement team, and various Finance groups.

Analyze and recommend appropriate accounting treatment for different contractual agreements and update financial best practice guidelines.

Coordinate financial planning activities with other teams, including the PAP process, and prepare financial presentations for leadership.

Maintain effective internal controls.

Supervise five financial analysts.

Support, plan, and coordinate the month end and quarter end processes.

Coordinate and plan quarterly forecasts and the budgeting process.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage special projects.

How to thrive in this role?

You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have 7 years of relevant experience.

You hold a CPA designation or equivalent experience.

You have an interest in improving and developing business processes.

You demonstrate good judgment and strong analytical skills.

You are autonomous, innovative, and show leadership.

You adapt well to a constantly changing environment.

You have strong business acumen.

You demonstrate good teamwork skills.

You are bilingual, both spoken and written.

You have strong knowledge of MS Office software.

Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an asset.

You are bilingual in both spoken and written.
