RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to organize data sets
Skills & Qualifications
- Capital Markets, Risk Management or Compliance experience
- 3-7 years Surveillance / Compliance/ Risk Management experience
- Project management experience a plus
- Review Voice and E-communications for adherence to firm and regulatory rules
- Detect and report potentially suspicious activities
- Proactively escalate issues to the Monitoring Manager
- Assist in preparing management information and reporting
- Contribute to the implementation of risk prevention tools
