Position: Financial Controller - CPA (Hybrid workd model)
Location: Blainville

YOUR CHALLENGESResponsible for managing all activities related to the production of financial statements. Ensure the application of internal control standards, accounting rules and the organization's various policies and procedures. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements (RE, balance sheet, BNR and cash flow);
Responsible for year-end external audit;
Act as the person responsible for ensuring internal compliance;
Support managers in financial matters;
Collaborate with finance management to improve internal controls;
Manage vehicle fleet;
Work to optimize and automate accounting processes;
Active participation in the management of all matters related to the bank;
Supervision and management of capital expenditures (CAPEX). SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS Accounting months closed within 5 working days;
Rigor - no errors when financial statements are published outside the department;
Identify opportunities to reduce operating expenses and materialize them with the help of the VP of Finance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation;
Bilingual French-English, both written and spoken;
Dynamic individual seeking continuous improvement;
At least 5 years of experience;
