Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead negotiations for fund investments and program delivery
• Monitor governance and compliance in ongoing fund operations
• Offer strategic direction for program enhancements
• Oversee comprehensive reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Lead by example in team coaching and development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area
• 10+ years in venture capital, private equity, or growth investing
• Strong understanding of Canadian venture capital structures
• Excellent skills in stakeholder relationship management
• Proven ability in team leadership and capability development
