Position: Director of Finance for 3PL Operations

As Director of Finance, you will manage accounting, reporting, and all finance-related activities, ensuring effective performance across multiple entities. This role requires you to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, build budgets, and prepare forecasts while driving crucial insights to executive teams. You will also manage relationships with banking partners and treasury to mitigate financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting, AR, AP, and payroll functions

• Own financial close procedures and statement preparation

• Develop budgets and forecasts while analyzing variances

• Provide gross-profit analytics to inform decisions

• Establish and enforce internal financial controls

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in finance leadership roles

• Proficiency in budget creation and cash flow management

• Strong understanding of multi-currency exposure

• Ability to design and implement finance policies
