• Engage customers in their service and advice needs

Requirements:

• High School diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience

• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification required soon after hiring

• Proficient with MS Office and banking software

• Effective communicator with customer service expertise

• Strong administrative and time management skills
