Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will utilize your 5 to 8 years of investment compliance experience to maintain and enhance compliance monitoring systems. Engage with multiple teams including Trading and Risk Management to secure compliance and foster operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor portfolios daily against established guidelines
• Assist in compliance documentation and governance
• Prepare compliance metrics and reports for audits
• Contribute to compliance training and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate on the resolution of compliance issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related area
• 5 to 8 years in investment compliance or similar roles
• Experience with systems like Charles River or Bloomberg
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools
