We invite an experienced Finance Manager to join Aspire Software’s team in Saint-Laurent, Montreal. In this pivotal position, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and project leadership for various acquired companies. Collaborate closely with Finance teams and senior management to provide insights and strategic growth recommendations based on your portfolio analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch financial performance tracking and strategic initiatives

• Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports

• Supervise finance personnel and enhance team dynamics

• Ensure compliance with internal and corporate policies

• Support acquisition processes and financial audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; CPA preferred

• Minimum 5 years in finance, including team leadership

• Familiarity with Oracle Net Suite ERP desirable

• Strong MS Excel capabilities

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
