In the Canada Critical Minerals Accelerator team, you will be instrumental in advancing significant transactions critical for Canada's resource sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate investment opportunities across mining and infrastructure

• Develop financial models and valuation analyses

• Coordinate due diligence alongside external experts

• Manage the transaction process from screening to closing

• Build and maintain industry relationships and market intelligence

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance

• Strong financial skills and cash flow modeling capability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Sector experience in mining or critical minerals preferred
