Director of Finance – LCI Education

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will guide the organization’s financial landscape, ensuring adherence to ASPE and NPO standards. Your responsibilities will encompass the management of financial reports, team training, and developing solutions for financial challenges. Building strong relationships with the Board and stakeholders is vital for transparency and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements

• Produce accurate financial forecasts and reports

• Present strategic financial plans to the Board

• Manage financial operations and enhance internal controls

• Plan and execute the annual budget process

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• CPA designation required

• Significant experience in financial management

• Demonstrated leadership in team and process improvement

• Fluency in French and professional English proficiency
