Location: Drummondville
Join Siemens in Drummondville as a Plant Controller and lead financial management in our cutting-edge manufacturing operations. Collaborate with leadership to optimize performance metrics and drive operational excellence.
As the Plant Controller, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager to enhance financial efficiency.
Your role will involve leading KPI development, financial planning, and operational monitoring to ensure strategic alignment. You'll support the accuracy of financial reporting, inventory management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-own business operations with the Plant Manager
• Drive improvements in financial and operational metrics
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and KPI development
• Ensure reliable financial reporting and effective decision-making
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and automation tools
• Bilingual fluency in French and English required
• Proven leadership capabilities in finance teams
