Key Responsibilities:

• Shape financial vision with the President and Advisory Board

• Integrate financial perspectives into organizational decisions

• Lead annual budgeting and approve performance indicators

• Optimize debt and capital structure for growth

• Oversee tax strategy and negotiate financial terms

• Approve projects integrating advanced technologies

• Develop and mobilize high-performance finance teams

• Represent the company with banks and regulatory entities

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years leading finance teams

• Member of the CPA Order

• Experience in multi-site service companies

• Background in retail considered an asset

• Proven track record of guiding growth initiatives
