In this role you’ll serve as the lead finance business partner for Global Technology & Products (GTP) and Allocation Functions, providing financial leadership, governance, and strategic support across multiple global functions. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and the successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and operational stakeholders.

Lead and support two financial analysts responsible for GTP and allocation functions. Provide financial oversight of monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, risks & opportunities, and financial reporting. Review and challenge assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy and financial discipline. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and business partnership. Serve as the right hand to the Manager, Finance Operations, supporting strategic priorities and organizational objectives.

Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial analyses to support decision-making.

Serve as the primary finance lead for GTP, including Engineering, Digital Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Cybersecurity. Partner with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders to support strategic decision‑making, workforce planning, and cost optimization initiatives. Lead financial reviews and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and business results. Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations and recommendations to Finance and operational leadership.

Lead the financial management and governance of enterprise allocation functions. Oversee allocation methodologies, governance processes, and cost recovery models. Ensure cost transparency, accountability, and alignment between support functions and business stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in overhead allocation practices and cost containment initiatives.

Lead and coordinate the finance treatment and governance of growing cloud expenditures. Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to monitor spending trends, assess financial impacts, and support long‑term investment decisions. Develop financial analyses and recommendations related to cloud consumption, cost optimization, and funding strategies.

Lead and support high‑visibility global Finance and Technology initiatives, including confidential mandates and executive‑level requests. Serve as a key finance partner on strategic projects sponsored by Technology leadership, Finance leadership, and Executive Vice Presidents.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing / operational environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. Bilingual (French-English).
