As a key member of the Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) Operations, you will oversee fund expense management for Canadian Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Pooled Funds. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial for managing and reporting fund expenses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead expense management and regulatory reporting activities

• Provide expertise in fund expenses and regulatory disclosures

• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and expense analysis

• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks

• Prepare management reports with insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5–7 years of experience in fund operations

• Knowledge of investment fund accounting standards

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
