You will work on private equity transactions in Latin America, develop detailed financial models, and take part in the due diligence processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze private equity transactions and investment opportunities

• Build financial models and perform sensitivity analyses

• Prepare summary reports on financial projections

• Support active management of portfolio investments

• Conduct industry research for new investment opportunities

Requirements:

• Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of university or Master's program

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills

• Proficient in English and Spanish;
Portuguese is a plus

• Right to work in Canada required

• Good communication skills in English and French encouraged
