As a Senior Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and oversee period-end closes while managing budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. This role requires strong financial acumen, team management skills, and experience in high-stakes financial environments. Your contributions will drive organic growth and enhance financial performance across Aspire’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting

• Analyze performance strategies and develop action plans

• Prepare business reviews highlighting results and strategies

• Optimize internal reporting processes and compliance

• Manage financial controls and lead audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in finance roles, 2+ years managing teams

• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls

• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Net Suite is a plus

• Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in Canada
