Position: Corporate Finance Analyst at CAE
Location: Montreal (administrative region)

Join CAE as a Corporate Finance Analyst and leverage your financial modeling and analysis skills. Collaborate with international stakeholders and play a key role in M&A transactions.

In this regular position, you will combine your finance expertise with strategic project analysis. Supporting our M&A activities, you’ll develop financial models and conduct due diligence to assess project impacts. Your insights will inform critical business decisions while engaging with upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze financial models for M&A targets

• Conduct strategic project analysis to guide decisions

• Coordinate and participate in due diligence activities

• Review projects for local issues and risks

• Engage with stakeholders across global business units

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• 1-2 years in corporate finance or M&A

• Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
