Key Responsibilities:

• Support capital market initiatives like equity raises and debt financing

• Provide analytical support for M&A valuation and structuring

• Conduct industry benchmarking for capital market strategies

• Manage relationships with banking partners and capital markets participants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• 5 to 7 years of capital markets or finance experience

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Knowledge of AI tools for analytical purposes

• Bilingual in French and English
