Maximize overdue payment recovery as a Bilingual Scotia Helps Advisor us on customer trust and effective collection strategies in a highly collaborative environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of collection practices while serving clients. You will manage accounts in various arrears stages, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Your goal is to minimize loan losses while supporting business objectives through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely follow-ups on assigned overdue loans

• Build trust by understanding and responding to customer needs

• Negotiate feasible payment arrangements with clients

• Address and resolve customer complaints regarding loan contracts

• Prepare correspondence adhering to bank policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with at least 1 year of collections experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with predictive dialers and banking systems
