Accounts Processing Assistant in Finance

This position offers a chance to engage with crucial financial tasks, including entering cash receipts and addressing inquiries from banks and suppliers. You will prepare bank reconciliations, assist in monthly reports, and ensure the organization of accounts payable documents, all while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input all cash receipts in the system

• Resolve banking transaction inquiries

• Manage supplier communications regarding invoices

• Classify and verify accounts payable information

• Prepare necessary financial reconciliations and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum DEC (diploma d’études collégiales) required

• Previous experience in a similar finance role is beneficial

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
