In this permanent full-time position, you will analyze borrower profiles and asset values while managing multiple mortgage files. You will work closely with clients, producing financial deliverables such as term sheets and credit presentations. Your expertise in commercial real estate underwriting along with strong financial analysis skills will play a vital role in impactful credit decisions and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough due diligence on borrowers and assets
• Structure underwriting for commercial mortgage loans
• Manage multiple files under tight deadlines
• Produce comprehensive financing deliverables
• Collaborate with clients and credit committee
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in commercial real estate underwriting
• Proficient in financial analysis and market research
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Strong communication skills in English;
French preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
