As part of Sagard, Diagram Ventures seeks a Senior Associate for Investments with a strong track record in private equity or venture capital. You will execute deal flow, conduct due diligence, and advise portfolio companies while managing their performance. Your contributions will also aid in new fund creation and capital allocation modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute deal flow through opportunity assessments and sourcing

• Conduct investment evaluations and lead due diligence activities

• Implement AI tools for improved sourcing and portfolio management

• Advise portfolio companies on fundraising strategies

• Manage portfolio performance tracking and support value creation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in investments, private equity, or venture capital

• Proven top-tier performance across roles

• Proficiency in English, French is a plus

• Based in Montreal with a hybrid work model

• Experience in Climate Tech is preferred
