Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with CEO on financial planning and growth strategies

• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization

• Oversee revenue management and compliance practices

• Manage procurement strategy and vendor relationships

• Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven CFO experience in technology scale-ups

• 10+ years in progressive finance leadership roles

• Strong M&A experience, including deal execution

• Familiar with financial operations in SaaS environments

• CPA/CFA or equivalent credentials preferred
