Business Banking Client Service Officer

Support BMO business banking clients at 119 rue St-Jacques ouest through complex service resolution, product expertise, and accurate operational support.

As a Client Service Officer, you will manage client needs through pooled calls or dedicated relationships with sensitive, complex, or top-tier clients. Your work includes resolving concerns, identifying enhancements, and supporting profitability. You will also coordinate initiatives, track metrics, prepare reports, and document requests.

• Provide daily operational service supporting business banking client relationships
• Diagnose concerns and facilitate timely problem resolution
• Identify product enhancements and cross-sell opportunities
• Track metrics, milestones, fees, requests, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support change implementation

• Two to three years of relevant experience typically required
• Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
• In-depth knowledge of BMO banking products
• Strong oral, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good organization, collaboration, and customer escalation knowledge
